Omar is our boat and bird’s expert in Catatumbo. He has worked over 12 years with tourism and is nowadays our local expert in our Catatumbo trips. His knowledge of birds comes from his interactions with them throughout his entire life growing in the Maracaibo Lake Basin. Then he made this knowledge more formal and organized when began studying and working with Bird-watching tourism.
